General information, not medical advice
The content on zerodrunk.site, including blog articles, is for general information only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it does not replace a consultation with a doctor or another qualified health professional. Always ask a professional about your own situation, especially if you have a health condition or take medication.
Alcohol withdrawal can be dangerous
If you drink heavily or every day, stopping suddenly can cause withdrawal symptoms. Some of these can be serious and, in some cases, life-threatening, such as seizures or delirium tremens. Talk to a doctor before you stop drinking, so you can plan to do it safely and get medical support if you need it.
ZeroDrunk is not treatment
ZeroDrunk is a self-help app in development. It is designed to help you track alcohol-free days, see what you’ve saved, get through cravings and keep a private journal. It is not a medical device, a treatment programme or a substitute for professional care, and it cannot monitor your health or respond in an emergency.
In an emergency
If you or someone else is in danger, call your local emergency number straight away. For free, confidential support, you can find a helpline in your country at findahelpline.com.
